1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the website wirstartenki.de (the "Site"), operated by Orion Intelligence Systems LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA (see Imprint). By using the Site you accept these terms. Consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements; nothing on the Site is an offer to contract.
2. Content
Articles, videos and the newsletter are general information and opinion, not advice for a specific situation. Figures and case references describe past work and are no guarantee of future results.
3. Intellectual property
Texts, images, design and code of the Site are protected. You may read, link to and quote content with attribution. Reproduction beyond that, in particular automated bulk extraction for training or resale, requires our written consent.
4. Accounts and newsletter
Where you create an account or subscribe to the newsletter you provide accurate data and keep your credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that are misused. You can end the newsletter any time via the unsubscribe link.
5. Third-party services and links
The Site links to YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Calendar and go-rocket.ai. Their terms apply once you follow a link. go-rocket.ai is a product of the same company with its own terms.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; for slight negligence only for the breach of essential obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version published here applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
